About this reference
Modern reassessment of Marinavis longirostris. Documents the Abbey Wood cranial material, confirms that the bill lacks pelagornithid pseudoteeth, reidentifies NHMUK A 4233 as Pelagornithidae, and leaves the exact phylogenetic placement of Marinavis unresolved. The Walton tarsometatarsus is only aff. Marinavis longirostris.
